Marketing - Tier 1 - Base Level Support
UOES is responsible for a comprehensive website showcasing Rutgers University's full portfolio of fully online degree and for-credit stand-alone certificate programs. This centralized resource is designed to meet the critical information needs of prospective students. The new site will launch Fall 2024.

Student Enrollment Services
The Office of University Online Education Services provides tiered support for student enrollment in fully online programs, tailored to meet the diverse needs of academic units across Rutgers University.
Base Level
Through the centralized Rutgers Online website, we collect and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) to individual programs for follow-up. This ensures that all inquiries are promptly addressed, supporting program recruitment efforts.
Tier 2
Through our partnership with a third-party vendor, UOES offers enrollment services from initial inquiry through to census for select fully online degree programs. We work collaboratively with Provosts and their teams to allocate this premium service to ensure alignment with unit-spanning strategic priorities.
