Individual Appointments

Individual appointments are designed for focused, one-time consultations — whether you’d like to talk through a teaching idea, get feedback on part of your course, explore a tool, or ask a specific question. These meetings are typically short, practical, and centered on your immediate needs.

If you’re planning a larger project — such as full course design or redesign, media production, multiple courses, or a departmental initiative — we ask that you use our intake form on the Work With Us page so we can better understand the scope and assemble the right team to support you.

Appointment Types

We offer 9 different appointment types to meet your needs. Brief descriptions of each option are provided to help you select the most appropriate service. All appointments are 1 hour long and are typically held virtually. In-person appointments are available upon request.
